Located in Chauzon, near to Pradons, Ruoms and Labeaume, at the entry of the Cirque de Gens, the Nautic base offers a menu of watersports- and outdoor activities.
More then 10 years now, we offer an unforgettable journey to our visitors, indivually or in group, thanks to a perfect organization, very professional and in a decontracted and warm atmosphere.
Wether it’s a family reunion (birthday or other), a group of youngsters (bachelor parties), a summer camp, a professional event or team building, we are meeting your expectations with a lot of care to prepare your memorable escape.
Please note that in the off-season, the park is closed for the public but we still organize events and canoe trips.
Located in an exceptional natural environment, the spot lends itself to surpass oneself and is a generator of unique intense moments with a lot of humor.
A menu of water activities
Our nautical base (open in July and August) proposes different activities: Canoe Kayak rental, waterbikes and Stand Up Paddles, and an area with lifeguarded swimming at the pools and in the river (only during July and August).
The Recreational Park also comprehends a childrens playground, ping pong tables (balls and rackets are lend), a beach volley space for the sportives, a relaxing zone in the shadow of the trees and two magnificent sandy beaches.
During summer the snackbar with its beautiful view on the river will be your meeting point for a moment of filling the belly.

From April to September, we offer you 2 very accessible trips, adapted to all levels (rooky or experienced). The descents 8 km (Balazuc – Isla Cool Douce) or 12 km (Lanas – Isla Cool Douce) are playful, varied, and with a few rapids to assure good memories!
Our organisation can bring the whole group to the starting point and they slide back on their own rythm to the beach of Isla Cool Douce, the arrival. In terms of timing you are free: you can make a stop to discover the « ecological » hamlet of the « Viel Audon » just after Balazuc or at the little wild beaches to have a coosy picnic.
In the off-season the park is closed, but you can enjoy the beach and relax in the magnificent environment and take a fresh drink after your trip.

The assets of a successful journey
Here’s a few instructions, so this journey will stay an excellent memory for everybody.
First off, don’t forget to announce yourself at the reception so we can be sure we checked in all the participants.
Security for all
The monitors or guides stay responsible at all times for groups of minors. During summer lifeguards assure security at the indicated spots on the river or at the swimming pools. In the rest of the park we decline all reponsibility.
Rock jumping on the other side of the river is not part of the park and is not part of our security nor responsibility. Jumping may be dangerous and result in accidents. Stay vigilant!
Parking access
The nautic base has a private guarded parking. Outside of the season, please present yourself at the gate to access free parking. In July and August the parking fee is €5/day.
Access by bus:
Busses can’t descent into the park. There is parking space on the other side of the river, on the community of Pradons. Coming from Pradons, you can pass the bridge, pass our gate and continu direction Chauzon, to take a U turn on a small parking 50 m further.
You can then return, drop of the kids on the entry and take the bridge again to look for a parking spot on the other side of the river.
Dresscode for swimming in the pools
For hygienic reasons, you have to wear tight swimming shorts (type speedo) in the swimming pools.
Normal shorts, bermudas or burkinis are not allowed.
